The Kiwi Cremations package inclusions are the same across each region. Due to regional variances, the package price is slightly different in each area.

The Value Cremations package always includes:

• Telephone and email support to arrange the cremation during business hours – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
• Arranging the cremation application, Doctor’s medical certificate, registration of the death and the death certificate
• Transportation of the deceased into our care Monday to Friday during business hours, 8.30am to 5.00pm
• Mortuary care of the deceased until the cremation (usually within 24 hours)
• Dressing of your loved one in their own clothing
• A simple cremation container
• Transportation to the crematorium
• Cremation fee
• Notification when the ashes are available for collection

Additional charges do apply for:

• Services provided outside business hours (Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm) – charged at $150 per hour or part thereof
• Mileage charge if the contractor is based more than 30km’s from the deceased – charged at $2 per kilometer
• Larger Cremation containers for deceased that require more room – costs will be discussed once we determine the appropriate requirements
